I was moving from New Brunswick, NJ to Plainsboro, NJ so it was a local move. I found these guys through Mayflower Movers after my experience using another company to move to New Brunswick a few years ago.
I will not go into details but let me just say that this time around, I planned a lot better and chose them. What they basically do is work with a select group of movers in the area and then direct you to them. Liberty Group was the one who serviced my area so, that is who we went with.
From day one they have made this process so smooth I almost could not believe it!
Brian came out and did the inspection and he was very professional and gave me some peace of mind when he said that it was an easy move as we are moving from a two bedroom to one bedroom. Honestly I just wanted to get the hell out of my old neighborhood as fast as possible and was very anxious.
Barbara at their office was very prompt with her responses and extremely helpful. Juan and his team who arrived the day of the move where absolutely excellent and I realized that this is because they really are professionals.
They showed up an hour early which I greatly appreciated and only went over one hour but did not charge us for it so basically, what we where estimated and what we actually paid (around $940) was correct. This company saved me so much stress, you have no idea.
I was stressing about this move since late November and when the day came, they made it so much easier and I cannot thank them enough. I HIGHLY recommend Liberty. They are true professionals and I will definitely use this company again.

Although we initially had some concerns about the billing of our move, we received a more than satisfactory response from a letter we sent to Liberty Transportation.
A phone message left by the President followed a call from the General Manager, Jeff Randolph. Mr. Randolph, in a very professional way, explained some issues, answered my concerns and the company admitted that our move, in some respects, could have been handled better.
We received a much appreciated apology from Mr. Randolph and are appreciative of his response.
As novices at moving, we realize that we should have been more questioning.
Our advice to anyone moving, get estimates, ask questions and don’t be afraid to question what seems unclear.

I have used the Liberty Group 4 times. Three times to move and one time for long term storage of a lot of possessions.
They have moved me long distances twice and have done an outstanding job, and they have moved me locally once and done the same great job. The reason I have used them more than once is because of the job they did the first time.
Their driver was on top of things and the movers were always very pleasant and very hard workers.
The storage was great, the office people were great, and their prices are very fair.
They are professional movers. They know how to bid a job right, they can store your possessions safely, and they are great, honest people to deal with. If I move again, I will use them without a question.

Had a wonderful experience using Mayflower for my recent long distance NJ to FL move which included a few months storage at their facility.
Nothing lost or broken and dealing with customer service both into storage and then out for delivery was a breeze.
My CS rep, Celeste Paris, was always prompt in answering my questions and did her very best to keep me updated every step of the way.
I had a horrendous experience with another mover for my son a year earlier, also NL to FL, so Mayflower is now my mover of choice and will highly recommend them to all.
