Although we initially had some concerns about the billing of our move, we received a more than satisfactory response from a letter we sent to Liberty Transportation.
A phone message left by the President followed a call from the General Manager, Jeff Randolph. Mr. Randolph, in a very professional way, explained some issues, answered my concerns and the company admitted that our move, in some respects, could have been handled better.
We received a much appreciated apology from Mr. Randolph and are appreciative of his response.
As novices at moving, we realize that we should have been more questioning.
Our advice to anyone moving, get estimates, ask questions and don’t be afraid to question what seems unclear.
