Bottomless Closet offers an innovative approach to workforce preparation. Women are referred through partner organizations when they have an interview scheduled.

 

Clothing Consultation, Resume Review and Interview Preparation:

Clients meet one-on-one with a volunteer “Employment Coach” to prepare for the job interview. Together they select business-appropriate clothing, conduct mock interviews, practice presentation skills, and review/revise the resume. What is perhaps the most important part is the self-confidence that develops out of respect, encouragement and professional guidance that every woman deserves.
